A new user feedback/support tool has been implemented on the ORNL DAAC's Daymet web site.
The feedback tool is designed to better serve the Daymet user community and uses an industry standard ticketing system for improved user experience and response to user questions.
To contact ORNL Daymet staff, click the blue "Feedback" tab or the "Contact Us" link. You will receive an email confirmation from "Earthdata Support" with a unique ticket number and can expect a response soon after.
